- Cuci ayam hingga bersih, bumbui dengan bawang putih halus dan kecap asin, biarkan meresap kira-kira 15-menit

- Larutkan tepung tapioka dengan sedikit air lalu masukkan ke tumisan saus, masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk agar tidak lengket, kalian bisa mengatur kekentalan saus sesuai selera. Setelah selesai sisihkan saus.
- Ayam yang telah dibumbui hingga meresap dipotong kecil-kecil sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan, pisahkan dari tulang.
- Siapkan tepung, telur, dan tepung roti masing-masing dalam wadah terpisah. Kalian bisa memilih untuk membumbui telur atau tepungnya dengan merica dan garam.
- Balur potongan ayam dengan tepung terigu, lalu telur dan terakhir tepung roti, balur dengan telur dan tepung roti sekali lagi agar lebih renyah.
