- Untuk membuat sausnya iris tipis2 bawang bombay dan bawang putih kemudian tumis keduanya hingga harum dan layu. Tuangkan saus sambal, saus tomat dan bon cabe. Aduk2 sampai tercamput rata. Kemudian matikan kompor.
- Campur ayam dengan saus hingga tercampur sempurna. Kemudian hidangkan.
