  7. Prepare Few saffron strands

Instructions to make Cashew Coconut Delight:
  1. Grind Cashews and Milk Powder together in Mixer grinder into powder form.
  2. Heat a pan add sugar and very little water and stir continuously till one string consistency. Add homemade cream and saffron strands and mix well stir continuously till cream melts.
  3. Add Cashew Milk powder mixture and desiccated coconut and mix properly and cook till dough consistency.
  4. Pour ready mixture in greased with ghee mold and set it with a spatula and sprinkle colorful Almond flakes again press gently with a spatula. Cool and cut into pieces. Serve yummy Cashew Coconut Delight on a plate.
