- Take 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

- Prepare 1/2 tsp ghee

- Grind Cashews and Milk Powder together in Mixer grinder into powder form.
- Heat a pan add sugar and very little water and stir continuously till one string consistency. Add homemade cream and saffron strands and mix well stir continuously till cream melts.
- Add Cashew Milk powder mixture and desiccated coconut and mix properly and cook till dough consistency.
- Pour ready mixture in greased with ghee mold and set it with a spatula and sprinkle colorful Almond flakes again press gently with a spatula. Cool and cut into pieces. Serve yummy Cashew Coconut Delight on a plate.
