Potong ayam sesuai selera, kalo saya saya potong kecil2 jadi 30 bagian, masukkan ke ziplock bag/Tupperware, tambahkan bawang putih dan jahe yg sudah dicincang/diparut, susu, merica dan garam, aduk rata, diamkan di kulkas selama minimal 2 jam, semakin lama rasa ayam akan semakin gurih, biasa saya rendam semalan
  2. Keluarkan ayam yang sudah direndam (sisa rendaman tidak usah), kemudian masukkan semua bahan kering tepung pelapis yang sudah dicampur rata di wadah terpisah, tambahkan air, aduk rata sampai ayam terselimuti adonan tepung
  3. Goreng ayam sampai 3/4 matang, sekitar 6-7 menit, tiriskan dan istirahatkan 10 menit, kemudian goreng lagi dengan minyak panas selama 1-2 menit sampai berwarna kecoklatan dan crispy
  4. Sajikan ayam dengan saus, bisa pakai saus cabe dan saus tomat, bisa juga membuat saus sendiri, saya biasa pakai saus gochujang dan honey mustard sauce
  5. Honey mustard sauce : campurkan 1 sdm mustard + 2 sdm mayonaise + 1 sdm madu, campur rata
  6. Korean red sauce : 2 sdt gochujang + 2 sdm saos tomat + 1 sdt kecap asin + 1 1/2 sdt kecap Inggris + 2 sdm gula, panaskan di teflon sampai gula larut
