  5. Panaskan minyak agak byk.. goreng ayam dgn api sedang cendrung kecil sampe agak kuning dan sedikit kering dgn sekali balik yaa supaya ga byk serap minyak, lalu tiriskan
  6. Lalu goreng ayam lagi utk yg kedua kalinya sampe mateng/golden brown.. sambil nunggu ayam mateng, siapin bahan saos.. saya campurin rata semua bahan saos kecuali bawang putih di piring dan diaduk rata
  7. Tumis bawang putih cincang dgn sedikit minyak, sampe harum.. tumis dgn api kecil saja.. lalu masukkan bahan saos yg udah dicampur rata td.. masak hingga mendidih saja.. matikan api. Lalu campurkan saos dgn ayam hingga rata.. dan taburi dgn wijen sangrai.. siap disajikan😊
