  4. Setelah disimpan semalaman keluarkan ayam biarkan hingga tidak ada lagi bagian yang beku, lalu lumuri ayam dengan tepung bumbu serbaguna.. biarkan selama 30 menit di freezer setelah di lumuri tepung lalu di goreng dengan api kecil
  5. Setelah di goreng 5menit, angkat ayam, tiriskan, lalu di double fry selama kurang lebih 15 menit dengan api kecil hingga berwarna coklat keemasan.. tiriskan dan ayam siap di santap
