- Prepare 750 ml White bread flour
- Get 10 grams instant dry yeast

Instructions to make Steamed Pudding:
- Sift white bread flour into a bowl. Add yeast, sugar, salt and parsley
- Gradually add lukewarm water to form a soft dough. Add the mixed vegetables. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Cover dough with oiled plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30-35 minutes.
- Knock dough down. Place in an oiled heat - resistant bowl, cover with oiled plastic wrap and allow to rise, until double in size.
- Remove plastic and place bowl in a saucepan with boiling water. Steam at low heat for 11/2 hours or until done. Water must be kept boiling and more water should be added as it evaporates.
- When done, remove from stove and cut into wedges. Serve with stew.
