- Siyapkan bahan2 untuk membuat adonan tepung pelapis. Keluarkan marinasi ayam dari kulkas. Campurkan ke dalam ayam telur yang sdh dikocok terlebih dahulu, aduk2 sampai rata
- Campur tepung terigu protein tinggi (cakra) dan maizena dengan bakimg soda, lada dan sedikit garam….aduk rata menggunakan wisk. Balurkan ayam filler ke tepung dengan sedikit ditekan2, dan diangkat2 dengan 2 tangan, tiriskan dan ualngi hingga potongan ayam habis. Tiriskan tepung dengan cara ditepuk2 agar sisa tepung rontok sblm digoreng
- Goreng ayam tepung dalam minyak panas api sedang, biarkan tepung mengering baru bisa dibalik, agar menjaga tepung tetap keriting. Goreng sampai tepung kering saja, tapi belum begitu kering yaa ayamnya (setengah matangl).
- Diamkan ayam selama 10 menit baru digoreng ulang dalam api panas. Ulangi Goreng selama kira2 3-5 menit lagi sampai berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Tiriskan dan siap dihidangkan dengan disiram saos dakgangjeong dan ditaburi wijen sangrai…. endeeeuuuzzzz
