- Campur bahan Marinasi ke ayam yg sdh dicuci dn dipotong diamkan 10mnt
- Disisi lain buat adonan pencelup dn adonan kering untuk ayam
- Setelah ayam dimarinasi,celupkan ayam ke adonan basah lalu ke adonan kering langsung goreng ayam sampai matang,api jngn terlalu besar nanti dalamnya ayam tdk matang,ulangi smpai ayam hbs
- Untuk bahan Saos,tumis bawang putih dn bawang bombay,setelah itu masukan saos pedas,saos tomat,minyak wijen,madu,kecapmanis,, aduk²,,masukan ayam tadi yg sdh digoreng bersamaan dgn cabe merah dn daun bawang,aduk rata dn cek rasa, klu kurang manis bisa di tambah kecap manis / madu lalu taburi dgn biji wijen
