- Buat saus bayam keju: Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay. Kemudian masukkan kaldu bubuk, lada bubuk, susu, keju, tepung terigu, dan whipcream. Aduk hingga tercampur merata. Masukkan bayam, masak sebentar saja.
- Bubuhkan saus bayam di atas susunan kentang. Tambahkan keju quick melt. Tabur oregano secukupnya.
- Bila menggunakan oven, panggang pada suhu 160⁰C selama 20 menit. Bila ingin cepat bisa menggunakan microwave, setting pada posisi grill dan atur waktu 10menit.
