- Setelah adonan tercampur rata, masukan ke dalam plastik ukuran 2 kilo
- Giling adonan hingga sesuai dengan ukuran yang diinginkan
- Setelah adonan sesuai dengan ukuran yang diinginkan, gunting plastik dan potong2 adonan.(Saat memotong adonan, pisau bisa diberi air/terigu terlebih dahulu agar tidak lengket)
- Panaskan minyak terlebih dahulu, setelah panas, masukan adonan yang sudah dipotong2 tadi dan goreng adonan menggunakan api kecil
- Angkat dan tiriskan stik kentang jika sudah matang kecoklatan dan kering
- Stik kentang keju pun siap dinikmati
