- Campur bahan bakso kecuali minyak kedalam mangkuk / baskom, aduk rata menggunakan tangan. Ambil adonan sesuai selera dan bulatkan
- Panaskan minyak zaitun pada wajan anti lengket dan masukkan bakso, beri jarak agar pada saat membalik tidak hancur terkena sendok, masak hingga kecoklatan (± 5-7 menit / sisi). Angkat tiriskan
- Panaskan margarin dalam wajan, masukkan tepung dan aduk2 hingga tepung matang (± 2 menit), masukkan kaldu, cream dan mustard sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata dengan api sedang, tambahkan lada garam dan sesuaikan rasa.
- Biarkan sampai mendidih, masukkan bakso dan tutup wajan dan biarkan sampai sedikit surut, taburi dengan oregano & piterseli
- Hidangkan dengan pasta, nasi atau mashed potatoes
