  5. Masukkan adonan daging sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam tahu pong yg sudah dirobek tengahnya
  6. Goreng tahu dengan bagian daging di bawah terlebih dahulu supaya cepat matang, kalo bagian daging sudah matang, balik
  7. Tumis minced garlic sampai harum, tuangkan oyster sauce lalu aduk sampai harum, lalu tuangkan air hangat
  8. Tunggu sampai mendidih, lalu masukkan tahu yg sudah digoreng tadi.. Biarkan sampai air menyusut
