A questo punto riprendete la pasta frolla e stendetela tra due fogli di carta da forno con spessore di 5mm ritagliate la sagoma che preferite, magari prima formate un cartamodello con la carta forno, bucherellate la superfice e cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 170° per circa 15 minuti, procedete con il secondo strato nel medesimo modo.
