  3. Tumis terpisah zucchini lalu wortel beri sedikit garam sampe setengah layu. Sisihkan di piring.
  4. Rebus bayam, angkat, siram dengan air biasa dan di peras. Beri sedikit minyak wijen dan kecap asin korea. Sisihkan di piring
  5. Tumis jamur shitake dengan sedikit minyak wijen dan kecap asin korea. Sisihkan di piring
  6. Saya menggunakan Dolsot"berarti"panci batu/stone potong” dalam bahasa Korea, dan versi ini terkenal karena cara mangkuk itu membuat lapisan nasi renyah dan pecah di bagian bawah bibimbap.
  7. Cara menyajikan : Olesin panci batu dengan minyak wijen, Masukkan nasi secukupnya. Susun melingkar aneka sayuran dan tumisan daging. Taruh telur goreng di tengah mangkuk. Beri saus gochujang sesuai selera. - Taruh panci batu di atas kompor. Panaskan di atas api sedang hingga Anda mendengar bunyi berdetak yang datang dari nasi.
  8. Sebelum disantap, aduk seluruhnya hingga tercampur rata.
