- Masukkan bihun korea ke dalam air mendidih, tutup dan masak selama 1 menit. Aduk sehingga tidak saling menempel. Tutup dan terus memasak selama 7 menit sampai bihun lunak dan kenyal.
- Saring dan potong bihun korea (agar ga kepanjangan). Masukkan bihun ke dalam mangkuk. Tambahkan 2 sdt minyak wijen, 1 sdt kecap asin, dan 1 sdt gula. Aduk rata dengan tangan. Proses ini akan membumbui mie dan menjaga agar mie tidak saling menempel.
- Panaskan wajan dan tambahkan 1 sdt minyak sayur. Tambahkan wortel dan tumis selama 20 detik. Masukan zucchini dan tumis 20 detik lagi. Pindahkan ke mangkuk bihun.
- Panaskan wajan dan tambahkan 2 sdt minyak sayur. Tambahkan campuran daging pork belly dan jamur shitake dan aduk goreng selama beberapa menit sampai daging matang dan jamur melunak dan mengkilap. Pindahkan ke mangkuk mie.
- Aduk semua yg di mangkuk menggunakan tangan / sendok sampe semua tercampur rata. Test rasa. Hidangkan😍😍
- Bisa ditambahkan : dadar telur iris tipis dan bayam di rebus, diperas, di potong2 dibumbui 1 sdt kecap asin dan 1 sdt minyak wijen. Dicampur semua dengan bihun korea
