  13. Take 1 sdt penuh gula pasir
  14. Take Merica hitam (saya lupa)
  15. Take Potongan daun bawang (saya lupa)
Steps to make Kimchi Jjigae/Soup:
  1. Tumis kimchi, pork belly, minyak wijen dan cabe bubuk sampai pork tidak pink.
  2. Masukan bawang putih cincang, jus kimchi dan air beras serta sayuran zucchini dan lobak. Sayuran dapat disesuaikan dgn yg ada. Kebetulan saya adanya lobak dan zucchini. Kalo ada sawi putih atau kol serta wortel juga bisa.
  3. Masak hingga sayuran lunak. Krn saya menggunakan sukiyaki cuts jadi masaknya cepat sekali karena dagingng tipis2. Terakhir masukan mie ramen. Bisa juga korean sweet potato noodle. Saya ada ramen yg perlu dihabiskan. Kalo gak pake ramen boleh juga. Airnya dikurangin aja. Tes rasa. Matikan. 15 menit saja.
  4. Pake chicken shabu atau beef shabu juga bisa. Yg berminyak biasanya lebih dianjurkan karena lebih wangi.
  5. Bikin lagi pake 2 sdm spicy tuna and vegetable korean style
