- Wortel dan jagung muda diiris serong. Potong2 brokoli jangan terlalu besar lalu rendam dengan air garam. Potong2 sawi putih, pisahkan batang dan daun (karena batang akan dimasak lebih dahulu).
- Rebus rempela dan ati ayam selama -+7 menit dengan seiris jahe dan garam (untuk menghilangkan amisnya).
- Cuci bersih udang tapi jangan buang kepala dan kulitnya (kepala udang bisa menghasilkan kaldu yang lezat). Iris bakso, fukien/fish cake, samcan dan ati rempela ayam.
- Bawang putih dicincang kasar. Bawang bombay diiris dadu.
- Panaskan wajan dengan minyak goreng secukupnya. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Tambahkan merica bubuk. Masukkan samcan, aduk2 sampai mengeluarkan sedikit minyak, masukkan ati rempela, aduk rata.
- Selanjutnya masukkan saus tiram, wortel dan jagung muda, aduk rata, tambahkan air sampai kira2 terendam. Biarkan sampai kira2 wortel & jagung sedikit empuk.
- Selanjutnya masukkan udang, fukien, dan bakso sapi. Tambahkan kaldu jamur, minyak wijen, dan kecap ikan, aduk rata.
- Kemudian masukkan brokoli dan batang sawi putih, bisa tambahkan air secukupnya jika dirasa kurang. Tambahkan sedikit gula & garam, koreksi rasa.
- Terakhir masukkan sawi putih (daunnya) aduk2 sebentar, kemudian masukkan larutan maizena, aduk sampai mengental, matikan api.
