- Minyak daging jgn dibuang. Masukkan bawang prey tumis hingga wangi. Masukkan bombay tumis lagi hingga layu. Masukkan bawang putih tumis hingga wangi.
- Campurkan bumbu dalam 1 wadah.
- Masukkan bumbu dalam tumisan, tumis hingga wangi. Beri air secukupnya.
- Masukkan tahu. Hancurkan. Tambahkan sebagian daging.
- Terakhir masukkan telur. Didihkan sebentar. Matikan api.
- Sundubu jjigae siap disajikan. Makan dengan kimchi dan samgyeopsal plus nasi.
