  9. Take 3 sdm gula pasir
  10. Get secukupnya Lada
  11. Prepare .3 sdm minyak wijen
  12. Take 3 sdm arak masak
  13. Prepare 4 sdm saus tiram
  14. Get 3 sdm maizena
  15. Get Bahan bahan utk memasak
  16. Get Minyak wijen
  17. Take Air hangat
  18. Prepare Sauce utk gyoza
  19. Make ready secukupnya Black vinegar
  20. Prepare Minyak wijen (optional)
  21. Get secukupnya Kecap asin
  22. Make ready secukupnya Chili oil

  1. Beli kulit gyoza merk gyoza bellyskin disupermarket atau online store.
  2. Siapkan semua bahan bahan dan potong potong kecil bawang putih (haluskan), sayur kol (potong kecil), jahe (haluskan), daun bawang (potong kecil)
  3. Siapkan mixing bowl dan masukkan daging lalu campurkan semua bahan dan bumbu lalu aduk hingga mencampur rata. Dan koreksi rasak dengan memasak isian sedikit diatas kuali. Bila kurang rasa dpt ditambahkan perasa sesuai selera.
  4. Siapkan mangkok kecil isi air sedikit dan ambil kulit gyoza dan wrap jadi bentuk gyoza.
  5. Kemudian siapkan kuali dan oleskan dengan minyak wijen dan letakkan gyoza yg sd dibentuk dan susun rapi lalu siapkan air panas mendidih kemudian siram diatas gyoza hingga gyoza terendam setengah lalu tutup dengan penutup kuali dan masak selama 5-6menit.
  6. Bila air sudah menyurut buka penutup dan tuang minyak wijen 1/2sdm keatas gyoza dan tutup kembali dan masak selama 1-2menit hingga gyoza crispy.
  7. Lalu angkat gyoza dengan menggunakan spatula dan letakkan dipiring.
  8. Sajikan selagi hangat dengan sauce gyoza.
