- Marinated daging dengan semua bumbu kemudian tutup dengan clingwrap dan masukkan ke freezer selama 1-2 hari agar lebih meresap.
- Panggang di Kuche Air Fryer dengan suhu 180 derajat dulu sekitar 20 menit, balik daging nya dan panggang lagi sekitar 10 menitan, lalu naikkan suhu ke 200 derajat panggang selama 10 menit, cek setiap bbrp menit skali, utk memastikan tidak gosong sebagian, kalo sudah agak gosong dikit dan juicy dagingnya, matikan air fryer, kalo yg uda punya alat ini nanti lama2 ngerti penggunaan nya pakai feeling hehehe…
- Masih ada sisa bumbu rendaman, masukkan daging ke dalam bumbu, lalu panggang lagi bolak balik di teflon anti lengket sampai saus nya meresap di kedua sisi (bukan kering)
- Setelah itu iris2 daging, dan sajikan dengan nasi panas2 atau nasi hainam lebih nikmat.
