  2. Angkat samcan, tiriskan, potong tipis (sesuai selera). Rendam dalam cuka apel sampai semua dagingnya terendam. Tunggu sekitar 30menit
  3. Goreng samcan dalam minyak panas. Pakai penutup wajan ya, karena menggoreng samcan akan meledak2 seperti main petasan di dapur 🤣 seru banget. Goreng sampai cukup garing, angkat tiriskan
  4. Sambal dabu-dabu : campur tomat, bawang merah, cabe, kucurkan air jeruk limau. Siram dengan sedikit minyak panas. Tambahkan garam & lada sesuai selera
