  2. Prepare 2 litre full cream milk
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp ghee
  4. Take 250 gm sugar
  5. Prepare 700 gm Khoya/mava
  6. Take 1 tsp Cardamom powder

  1. First of all descicate 5 coconuts with the help of a grater
  2. Place the coconut in a pan. Add ghee. Keep stirring. Add milk in little amount. Keep stirring and keep adding milk in small amounts. Saute on medium flame.
  3. Keep stirring continuously. Make sure that the paste becomes completely dry. Saute till the colour turns golden. Add cardamom powder.
  4. Lastly add khoya. Saute well. Add sugar.
  5. Turn whole mixture in oil greased pat carefully.
  6. Let it cool. Cut it into burfi shapes and leave to set at room temperature then you can refrigerate it.
  7. Ready to serve.
