  1. Get 500 gr Daging Babi (Pork Belly) dipotong sesuai selera
  2. Prepare 85 ml Kecap Asin Kikoman

Instructions to make Babi Kecap:
  1. Pertama2 marinasi daging : Campurkan dengan rata Daging, Kecap asin, Arak cina, Saos Tiram & Jahe diamkan selama 30 menit
  2. Setelah itu siapkan wajan dengan minyak goreng secukupnya panaskan
  3. Setelah Panas, Tumis Bawang putih cincang serta bunga lawangnya, Tumis hingga harum
  4. Setelah harum, masukkan danging yg sudah di marinasi & aduk rata dengan bumbu yang di tumis lalu tambahkan bubuk ngohiong dan aduk rata kembali
  5. Tunggu sampai setengah matang, lalu masukkan air secukupnya (kalau saya air sampai menutupi daging)
  6. Setelah air mendidih masukkan kecap manis & lada aduk rata & diamkan sejenak (apabila ingin pakai cabe rawit boleh ditambahkan, sesuai selera)
  7. Sesekali di aduk2 agak tidak lengket
  8. Setelah air agak berkurang, koreksi rasa.. apabila kurang manis bisa ditambahkan gula aren/gula merah/kecap manis juga.
  9. Setelah rasa pas, daging matang & lembut (banyaknya kuah sesuai selera) matikan api & siap di sajikan.
