- Marinasi daging babi di dalam panci dengan kecap asin secukupnya (sampai permukaan daging tertutup saja, tidak usah sampai tenggelam)
- Masukkan bubuk gohiong, kecap manis 50ml, bawang putih yang sudah digeprek kedalam panci
- Langsung panaskan di panci di api kecil sambil daging diaduk agar bumbu merata (sampai lemak/minyak daging babi keluar)
- Setelah daging babi mulai setengah matang, tuang air +- 1liter langsung pasang api besar. Tunggu sampai mendidih dan daging diaduk
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan telor rebus (yang sudah dikupas kulitnya) lalu tambah air 2liter. Aduk dan tunggu sampai mendidih
- Masukkan jamur, lalu tambahkan garam, gula pasir, dan vetsin tambah air 2liter. Aduk rata dan tunggu sampai mendidih (kalau tidak mau kuah banyak, jangan tambah air lagi di step ini.)
- Setelah mendidih, boleh tes rasa kuah dulu apakah sudah pas di lidah atau belum TIPS : Kalau kurang asin/manis, lebih baik tambahkan kecap (kurang manis kasih kecap manis, kurang asin kasih kecap asin.) Biar lebih wangi
