  1. Tusuk tusuk daging dengan garpu
  2. Oleskan semua bumbu 1 ke daging sampai merata
  3. Oleskan bumbu 2 ke kulit sampai merata dengan kondisi bagian kulit daging kering, jangan ada bumbu atau air menempel, lalu balurkan cuka dan tuang garam di atas permukaan kulit sampai semua tertutup garam, dan diamkan di kulkas seharian biar bumbu lebih meresap
  4. Panggang dengan suhu tinggi selama 1 jam, Setelah 1 jam buang garam di atas kulit sampai bersih lalu olesi cuka di atas kulit dan panggang sekali lagi dengan api atas 250 C selama 15 menit sampai matang kecoklatan dan sudah garing
  5. Diamkan dan potong iris sesuai keiginan kalian
  6. Note : Setelah matang jika ada bagian kulit yang gosong kerok / buang dengan pisau
