- Pour the sugar caramelized and dark soya sauce. Stir it again.
- Add shaoxing wine and 1 cup of water.
- Close the lid and simmer it about 20 minutes or until the pork belly soften.
- I add the hard boiled egg at the last step.
- Give a pinch of salt according to your taste.
