- Take 1 kg pork Samchan meat
- Get Secukupnya XIAO SING CIU

- Get Bahan Oles :
- Prepare 3 sdm Cuka masak +1sdt garam
- Get Secukupnya garam kasar/halus(buat nutupin kulit saat dibake)
Instructions to make Pork Belly Crunchy🐷:
- Cuci bersih samcan, keringkan bolak balik dng paper towel.. Taro dipiring.. Dagingnya diatas kulit dibawah.
- Basahi pake tangan bgn atas dng XIAO SING CIU.. Asal kena seluruh permukaan daging jg sisi2nya. Lalu taburi sedikit garam, lalu taburi lada bubuk dan terakhir five spice powder /bumbu ngo hiong.. Pinggirnya / sisi2 nya jg diberi bumbu ngo hiong.. Lalu balik dng posisi kulit diatas.. Masukan kekulkas bawah… Tanpa di wrapped ya.. Diamkan semalaman..(saya buat malam marinatenya.. kl mau buat besok siang makannya)
- Keesokan harinya.. Keluarkan dari kulkas, ambil loyang beri alumunium foil(ukuran +/-lbh kan 5-7cm setiap sisinya. Gunting taruh samcannya (kulit diatas) lalu bentuk sisi2nya si alumunium foil agar membentuk wadah kotak dng samchan didalamnya..
- Panaskan oven suhu 200°C API ATAS BAWAH. PENTING!!! 👉rak bawah di beri air. Olesi bgn kulitnya kuas dng 3 sdm cuka+1sdt garam (asal kena seluruh permukaan kulitnya), lalu taburi seluruh permukaan kulit dng garam (boleh kasar/halus) merata menutupi seluruh permukaan kulitnya.. Lalu Bake 200°C selama 60 menit(rak tengah, sesuai oven masing2) api atas bawah..
- Keluarkan… Lalu angkat garam dari permukaan pork belly, olesi kulit dng bahan olesan cuka kembali.. Lalu bake lagi taruh di rak tengah..kulit diatas. Naikkan suhu 250°C, bake lagi selama 20 menit..Done Sajikan..
- Potong per slice dng pisau besar yg sangat tajam.. Lalu jadikan potongan slice kecil.. Siapkan cocolan sambel tauco / Cantonese suki.. Mantapp..ini kl beli udah mahal dikiittt lagi.. Bikin sendiri.. Puasss… Tp jgn sering2.. Kl pengennn buat nasi campur.. Bolehhh nihhh bikinnn… Pernah di acara ultah teman cool saya.. Tumpengnya dibikin nasi hainamm… Sekelilingnya bahan2 nasi campurrr…ya ampunnn bikin ngider2 di sekeliling tumpeng😅😅😅😅saking enakkkknyaa..nasi campur KENANGA PUTUUSSSS👍.
- TIPS.. utk memanaskan PORK BELLY panaskan wajan beri minyak secukupnya. Tunggu sampe panass.. Masukkan pork belly sebentar aj 1 menitan..balik.. Lalu angkat.. Potong2.. Dijamin kriuk dan crunchyyy… 😍😍😍👍👍👍
