- Bagian daging, sisi2 nya dilumuri dg bumbu ngo hiong
- Bagian kulit diberi garam secukupnya asal cukup membungkus seluruh bagian kulit. Tekan2 sedikit spy garam padat
- Panaskan oven kira2 165 derajad. Masukkan daging di rak bagian tengah. Alasi dg nampan yg berisi air. Panggang kira2 1 jam
- Setelah 1 jam terlihat lapisan garam mengeras. Keluarkan daging dr oven
- Lepaskan lapisan kerak garam dari kulit
- Masukkan kembali ke dalam oven. Naikan suhunya kira2 220 derajad (sesuaikan oven masing2) Panggang kembali daging sampai bagian kulit terlihat renyah dan garing. Keluarkan dari oven. Diamkan kira2 20 mnt baru dipotong2
- Kulitnya crispy bangett, digigit sampai bunyi kres kres
- Kulitnya ga keras, rasanya asin2 gurih. Mau bikin banyak buat Natal besok 🤣
- Dagingnya juicy bangett, lemaknya meleleh di mulut. Super yummy 😋😋😋
