- Panaskan wajan, beri sedikit minyak saja. Goreng pork beli. Balik- balik pork belly. Pastikan semua sisi digoreng dan berwarna kecoklatan. Istirahatkan. Lalu potong tipis tipis, sajikan sebagai tambahan makanan utama. Bis untuk ramen maupun nasi goreng.
