  1. Cuci bersih ayam, kemangi dan semua bumbunya
  2. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi. Masukkan daun salam, sereh, lengkuas dan daun jeruk, aduk rata
  3. Tambahkan air (sy mulai dgn 1 1/2 gelas air) rebus ayam sampai empuk dan air menyusut, jika air sdh menyusut tp ayam msh kurang empuk, bisa tambahkan air lagi sedikit sedikit. Masak hingga ayam empuk, air menyusut dan bumbu menjadi lbh kental
  4. Masukkan daun kemangi. Aduk rata hingga kemangi layu.
  5. Tambahkan garam, gula, kaldu jamur. Cicipi, Koreksi rasa dan sajikan dgn nasi hangat.
