  1. Rebus babi dalam keadaan utuh, rebus pada bagian kulit dibawah terlebih dahulu selama 20 menit, lalu balik bagian daging dibawah selama 10 menit, angkat lalu tiriskan dan rendam di air dingin.
  2. Balur babi dengan garam dan lada hitam secara merata dari bagian kulit dan bagian daging, kemudian gunakan kuas utk membalur dengan cuka secara merata ke semua bagian.beri garis2 dengan pisau (jgn terlalu dalam) kemudian tusuk2 menggunakan garpu.diamkan selama 1 jam.
  3. Panaskan 1 liter minyak goreng kemudian masukan babi dgn posisi kulit menghadap ke bawah.goreng kurang lebih 10 menit kemudian cek tingkat kegaringan kulit, bila sudah sesuai maka balikan bagian daging menghadap ke bawah lalu goreng selama 5 menit.angkat dan tiriskan.
  4. Untuk sambal matah, campur semua bahan dan aduk hingga merata lalu masukan minyak panas bekas gorengan babi, aduk kembali.HEAVEN ON EARTH siap disajikan.HAPPY COOKING !!!!
