  1. Siapkan pork belly dalam nampan oven.beri garis2 pada bagian kulit (pastikan bagian kulit sangat kering krn bila basah hasil akhirnya tidak akan cracking).balik pork belly lalu beri garis memanjang kemudian taburkan garam dan lada hitam serta bumbu ngohiong.pastikan masuk ke sela2 garisan.
  2. Lalu balik pork belly menghadap ke atas.beri lumuran minyak zaitun kemudian taburi garam secukupnya.
  3. Panaskan oven selama 20 menit pada suhu 200°C.kemudian masukan pork belly dgn posisi kulit menghadap ke atas.setting oven untuk 1 jam pd suhu 200°C.
  4. Panaskan wajan.masukan 2 sdm mentega kemudian masukan bawang putih.tumis hingga harum kemudian masukan bahan saus yg sudah dicampur.masak dan aduk hingga merata.masukan tepung maizena yg telah dicampur air.aduk hingga saus mengental.angkat dan siapkan dlm mangkuk

Panaskan kembali wajan dan tambahkan 3 sdm minyak goreng.masukan kentang.masak di kedua sisi masing2 selama 4 menit kemudian masukan kaldu ayam.masak sebentar hingga kaldu berkurang.angkat kemudian masukan ke dalam oven dgn suhu yg sama dengan pork belly.biarkan dalam oven selama 30 mnt.( atur waktu masak hingga semua bisa matang dan disajikan bersamaan?
