- Setelah itu cuci babinya dulu disikat biar bersih lalu, Potong daging pork belly di bagian dalamnya saja seperti digambar
- Setelah itu di lumuri bumbu pertama untuk bagian dalamnya dan bumbu kedua untuk bagian kulitnya saja lalu masukkan kulkas/chiller selama 24 jam agar bumbu meresap semuanya
- Siapkan garam kasar 1,5 kg dan putih telur
- Siapkan aluminum foil dibawah wadah panggangan dan tabur kan garam sedikit
- Untuk daging babi bagian kulitnya harus ditusuk2 agar kulit bisa lebih empuk
- Kemudian taruh daging yang sudah ditusuk ke wadah panggangan selimuti garam dengan merata
- Kemudian masukan ke panggangan selama 45 menit 210 derajat celcius setelah itu
- Kemudian pindahkan daging tersebut ke wadah yang bersih tiriskan garamnya dan buang garam kemudian ganti ke wadah berikutnya dengan aluminum foil siapkan untuk dimasukkan oven lagi
- Kemudian masuk lagi ke oven dengan top heat 210 derajat celcius selama 15 menit setelah itu
- Pindahkan daging dan biarkan 10 menit sebelum dipotong
- Kemudian dipotong dan siap dihidangkan
