  6. Keluarkan dari freezer, keringkan lagi bagian kulit dengan tissiu atau kain, tusuk” kembali bagian kulit, lalu taburi garam kasar sampai menutupi seluruh permukaan kulit dengan ketebalan garam 1-2 cm. Tidak usah khawatir akan asin (hanya berfungsi supaya kulit tidak gosong) yg penting garam tidak terkena bagian daging.
  7. Oven selama 45 menit (lebih juicy) - 1 jam (lebih kering) dengan suhu 180’C. keluarkan lalu buang bagian garam tebal yang sudah mengeras seperti lempengan. Buka juga foil dan letakan daging di rak yg bolong” dengan di alasi wadah untuk lemak yg menetes. masukan lagi ke oven dengan suhu 200’C harus di liatin terus yah sampe bergelembung/keliatan perubahan lalu keluarkan (kalo aku 45 menit)
