  1. Panaskan minyak di wajan lalu masukkan daging, masak sekitar 10 menit hingga kecoklatan.
  2. Sementara itu siapkan semua bahan-bahan untuk bumbu daging di panci yang cukup untuk menampung semua daging.
  3. Masukkan daging lalu masak dengan panci tertutup hingga mendidih. Lalu masak dengan api kecil selama 1 jam. Bolak balik daging tiap 15 menit
  4. Setelah 1 jam masih ada kuah/saus di dalam panci, lalu buka tutup panci, masak lagi dengan api kecil hingga saus mengental.
